REGISTRATION CLOSES: SEPTEMBER 11

If you are unsure of what level your gymnast should be in, please call and set-up a time for testing. This will help prevent your child from being placed in the wrong class. Tests can be done any day of the week, except Fridays. Please contact the Director at twisters@strasburgparks.org, or call (303) 622-4260, to set-up an appointment.

RECreational CLASSES

Memberships are based on a quarterly commitment (three months). Payment (monthly) plans are available. Memberships (from session to session) do not automatically renew. Multiple classes are discounted. Siblings (when registered together) will receive a 20% discount. Final pricing will be displayed in your cart.

  • Parent/Tot classes are for little ones from ages 1-3 years. Parent/guardian participation is required and fun is guaranteed.
  • Preschool and Pre-K Bronze classes are for children ages 3-5 years. These classes are designed to introduce your child to organized activities, taking turns, basic gymnastics, and much more.
  • Bronze Class is our beginning class for kids 5 and older that have little or no gymnastics experience. This class includes the basics of gymnastics including balance, coordination, focus, and strength. There is a Bronze class for 5-6 year olds and one for 7 and up.
  • Silver Class are for students who have tested out of Bronze. This class provides the opportunity to expand on the skills acquired in Bronze. Gymnasts will continue to focus on balance, coordination, confidence, and conditioning, as well as event-specific skills.
  • Gold Class is for the students who have tested out of Bronze and Silver and are ready to start pushing themselves toward the competitive program. This class is also considered the Pre-Team class. It is the highest level of recreational classes.

COMPetitive CLASSES

Memberships are based on a season commitment (seven months)*. Payment (monthly) plans are available. Comp gymnasts are strongly encouraged to attend twice a week. Multiple classes are discounted. Final pricing will be displayed in your cart. Additional team fees will be communicated with your team invitation. *Quarter 4 is separate and not included in the “season”.

  • Competitive Team gymnasts have decided that gymnastics will be their primary focus. Team gymnasts will compete in 5-6 meets through the CARA program. Additional commitments such as fundraising, travel, and expenses are associated with competing and are not included in the membership fee. Additional information will be provided with your team invitation.

TWISTERS PIN ACHIEVEMENT

Once a student achieves the next level, they will receive a certificate and a star pin representing the level they have passed. These pins can be attached to backpacks, gym bags or kept to display at home. They show the accomplishment of passing a recreation level! Showcases are scheduled during the year so that you and family members can see the progress your young gymnast is making.
