ADULT FITNESS

SLOW-PITCH SOFTBALL LEAGUE (COED)

Play a 6-game season with single elimination tournament. Eight (8) team max, 6 teams minimum. Rosters must be submitted before first game (18 person limit with no subs). AGES: Adults 18+ (out of High School); DATES: Tuesdays & Thursdays, beginning June 27, Tournament the week of August 5; TIME: Start at 6pm; LOCATION: South Softball Field; FEE: $350 per team; DEADLINE: 6/16/24

MEN’S 5vs5 FLAG FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

Compete in a double-elimination tournament. Eight (8) teams max (up to 7 players per team), Minimum 6 teams. DATE: Saturday, July 20; AGES: Adults 18+; TIME: 9:30am start time; LOCATION: Wolf Creek Run West; FEE: $150 per team; DEADLINE: 7/11/24

Fitness classes are run by private organizations/individuals.

  • High Intensity Circuit Training and Personal Training: The Athlete District
  • Senior Stretch: Tue/Thu from 7-8am at the Strasburg Legion Hall
  • Jazzercise: Saturdays at 8:30am at the Strasburg Legion Hall

Transportation is included, but advanced reservations are required due to limited available seating. Call (303) 622-4260 to RSVP for your trip. Bus will pick-up and drop-off from Strasburg Rec Center. THANK YOU to Mountain View Fellowship for providing transportation. Bus trips will leave Promptly at 10am with lunch being an additional charge.

SENIOR CITIZEN EVENTS

GAME DAYS: Bring your favorite snack and card or board game to play. DATE: 4th Tuesday each month; LOCATION: Strasburg Legion Hall; TIME: 1-3pm; COST: FREE

POT LUCK: Strasburg Seniors Comanche VIP Association; DATE: 3rd Tuesday of each month; LOCATION: Strasburg Legion Hall; TIME: 11:45am-1:30pm; Please bring a side dish to share; Annual dues are $10.00, collected in January or the month you join.
