Dear Strasburg Parks & Recreation District Patrons,
Happy Winter! We hope the season finds you well. This winter, we’re proud to offer sports, fitness, and enrichment programs to you and your family to keep minds and bodies active during the cold winter months.
Check out our Pee Wee Basketball program for children ages preschool through second grade this winter! Starting in Kindergarten, children can participate in our Guitar Lessons, and we offer Tap Dance for children ages 2-7. We have Guitar Lessons and Dog Obedience classes for both youth and adults. Our ongoing adult fitness classes will help keep you toned when the winter cold and early darkness prevent you from exercising outside.
Have you heard about our Youth Scholarship Program? It provides recreational opportunities to financially challenged families and is made possible by the fundraising efforts of the ’Friends of Strasburg Parks & Rec District’ and private donations. If you would like more information, a scholarship application form, or would like to make a tax deductible donation to the program, contact the District at 303-622-4260. Funding is limited and eligibility requirements apply.
