1ST ANNUAL HAWAIIAN PIG ROAST FUNDRAISER
FOOD! KARAOKE! RAFFLE! ENTERTAINMENT!
DATE: Saturday, August 14 (Hometown Days); LOCATION: Strasburg Legion Hall; COST: $20.00 PER PERSON (or $200 for a reserved table of eight); TIME: Doors open at 6pm; Buffet opens at 6:30pm; Raffle & entertainment following dinner; AGES: 21 & Over Only (drinks available for an additional charge); CHILDCARE: At the Rec Gym from 6-10pm; $10 per child (includes dinner & activities).
Proceeds benefit youth programs and scholarships.
HOMETOWN DAYS MUD VBALL
SUNDAY, AUGUST 15; Adults (18 & Up) and kids (17 & Under) will both play on Sunday.
The location this year will be South of the Interstate (where the Trap Shoot takes place during Turkey Shoot). The tournament will begin at 10:00am. Entries will be limited to the first six (6) teams in each division. Cost: $10 per person. Register your team today!
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday Express: $50.00; The Express package includes set-up, party activity (see list below), and room rental for 2 hours.
Birthday Deluxe: $100.00; The Deluxe package includes set-up, party activity (see list below), room rental for 2 hours, 24 cupcakes, drinks, paper products (plates & napkins), and balloons.
Choose one of the following activities for your birthday party:

• Air Tunnel / Space Maze*
• Carnival Party*
• DJ / Dance Party*

All reservations must be made in person at least three (3) weeks in advance, payment in full is due at the time of reservation, and a completed SMPRD Event Set-up Form must be submitted. A 7-day advance notice is required for cancellations and refunds. Add $25.00 per hour if you would like a Party Coordinator to attend and run the celebration for you.
